Project - Home Valley Station Phase 1 & 2

The indigenous Land Corporation contracted Ri-Con Contractors for a major design and upgrade of this cattle station over two years. Works in phase 1 included building a new workshop, stables, two camp ablution areas. twenty-three staff accommodation units and eighteen holiday cabins. Phase 2 required the construction of twenty-seven guest units, art gallery/conference room, a manager's house, a commercial kitchen, two commercial swimming pools and a restaurant and bar. in spite of the region having one of the worst wet seasons in years, the project was handed over on time.
