The corporate structure and support functions
have now evolved to a level which will support
doubling of the business.
To date Ri-con has been able to finance its organic
growth without excess borrowings. The Company
has the facility to offer Bank Guarantees to accommodate
contractual flexibility (especially in remote
areas) thereby protecting the client when prepayment
for of material on site is required to get the
project off the ground.
Plant and Equipment is, in the main, supplied
by an associated and independently financed entity.
Financially, the Ri-con Group is able to turn
over $40 mil every 6 months and is well positioned
to elevate to the next level of growth.
