NEWMAN COLLOCATION COMMUNITY CENTRE,
CLIENT: DEPT OF HOUSING AND WORKS WA, 2009
Newman is a large and modern mining town located
in the Pilbara region of Western Australia. It
is located 1186kms north of Perth on the Great
Northern Highway and 546m above sea level.
The Newman Collocation Community Centre project
started in April 09, and will be completed by
end of 2009. Consisting of an 880m2 single storey
commercial office park, we will utilise our 25
person builder’s camp in Newman to service
this project. The scope of work includes:
- 880 m2 concrete slab
- Steel wall frame, and trusses
- 22 concrete tilt up Panels
- Ducted air conditioning
