Organisational Structure
We have adopted an extremely
flexible organisational structure that can be
rapidly adapted to the needs of a specific project.
The structure maintains direct lines of communication
through few levels of management. As a result,
project decision-making is conducted rapidly and
the project progresses without the common hold-ups
and delays caused by traditional management structures.
The Company engages project staff on the basis
of their:
- Experience on a range of projects
- Technical expertise, and
- Ability to communicate successfully with the
client, subcontract companies, & people
at all organisational levels
Overall management of a project is assigned to
a project manager reporting directly to the managing
directors. Site managers control the day to day
activities on the project, thereby allowing the
project managers to oversee the operational systems,
the finances, and performance on the project as
a whole. In managing the project the project manager
is supported by a:
- Quality and occupational health and safety
manager
- Logistics, planning, equipment and maintenance
manager
- Purchasing officer
- Finance officer
This structure ensures the successful operation
and completion of each project.
