Project Name: Kalumburu - Community Housing Location: Kalumburu, WA Client: Western Australia Department of Housing Consultant: Kim Coleman Architects Project Value (Incl GST): $5 Million Status: Completed Completion Date: 28th Feb 2008 Programme: 22 Weeks Delivery Method: Lump Sum Contract Additional Involvement:   Description: Construction of 14 new houses, and 9 renovations. Ri-Con had to put a builder’s camp up on the beach, supply and generate all power. All tent accommodation was air conditioned. Camp included a full Commercial kitchen.
