In order to maintain this exceptionally high level of expertise, regular training is conducted at all Ri-con worksites for our employees and sub-contractors. In challenging remote area environments, it is the up-to-date skills and expertise of our staff and subcontractors that help us to maintain our competitive edge.
All training is recorded and reviewed by managers to ensure that staff are competent to satisfactorily complete their current duties. Staff are encouraged to take training courses as appropriate to enhance their individual skills and knowledge base, thereby providing an opportunity to advance their careers within the Company.
